It would be the rate for a management role however by the way this role is framed this is a very junior role. The sort of role you might expect perhaps a Grad with a year or 2 of work experience to pick up, unless I am misinterpreting drastically. Well for starters this is the second time it has been advertised this year. They havent found what they are looking for. So I dont think a grad with a couple of years experience would have got the job. Many might have applied, so far, none have got the job.
