Got the 10k/5k mqm after 1st spend, and did the $1000 spend requirement and delta purchase almost immediately also...

I am now in a waiting game right now for the 25k bonus miles and $100 credit. The first representative telling me to just wait and the other telling me they escalated to the marketing dept (2 weeks after first contact) which could take 15 business days to resolve.

Amex customer service guaranteed I was signed up for promo and had the bonus ID's on my account. So now I wait and keep trying.

I'm quite sure that if you were given the MQM's that you were given (at least some of) the SM's. Go look at your DL account history. When DL gives MQM's on these promotions they post as MQM's and SM's in all that I have ever seen, so those 5k MQM's also gave you 5K SM and the 10K MQM's also gave you 10k SM.
