Applied for my husband on 7/30. Approved instantly. Sent a secure message (from his Costco Amex account) on 7/31 quoting offer number 5985. Got a reply saying the account has been noted for the better offer of 75000. I used a letter quoted in one of the earlier posts as a basic template.
