CX uses the BA Terrace between Gates A4 & A6 in SFO. The F lounge is only a small room inside the BA lounge. The lounge is not really nice, but is better than having to wait in the gate area.
If their flight departs from A4 or A6, they can board from the lounge.
I have a 3+ hour connection AA to CX at SFO. Based on these comments it sounds like I'd have a better time hanging at the new AA AC rather than heading over to the BA lounge??
