Um, I thought Sheraton went to the standard of lounges open 7 days a week in both the morning and night? Or was that just the standard of lounges open 7 days a week?

They have to be open 7 days a week. There are standards in place, which are proprietary, that govern what is available and when.
If anyone feels that they did not get a proper club lounge experience, the first step is to file a formal complaint with Corporate Customer Service. Once the hotel responds, if the answer does not seem right to you, send me the file number so I can take it up with the Sheraton brand compliance folks to see if it is or it isn't within their expected standards.
