Yes, this would be a valid routing if you find a non-stop *A flight servicing NRT-DEL. If
MilesToGoBeforeISleep does and if he not has to go to FRA, does not intend to fly on Tuesdays or Wednesdays and does not buy a F ticket, he could do DEL-VIE-MUC-JNB-MUC-SFO-NRT-DEL. But I assume the has to go NRT - BKK or SIN - DEL and then he is out of the 29.000 miles range.
