The outlay of the LAX is one of the best. However, there are a couple of front desk people that are fairly pathetic. One stoodfast on the fact that none of the ACs have shave/toothpast kits (when in fact I've gotten those at the LAX AC numerous times) and one told me that AC front desk personnel cannot tell you where you are on the upgrade list and that if you want to be added to the list you must go to the gate.

But to the OP they do not represent most of the staff you will encounter at the ACs.
