I'd never been to an Admiral's Club, but I received an offer for a free Day Pass. Unfortunately, I had an unexpected six-hour delay on a flight from LAX to DFW today, so I decided to use the pass. The first AAngel I came in contact with was Sherrell. In a word... delightful. Just about everyone else was unfriendly, less-than-helpful, or downright snotty. Based on my experience, I doubt I'd buy a membership. What's the appeal? Am I missing something?
