There is a curtain that separates you from the bathrooms for the bulkhead row so people shouldn't bother you. You will also be the first one to be served for all meal services/drink services. If you have an aisle seat, you might feel uncomfortable as there are people walking past you to get to the bathroom. There is more legroom but that is negligible unless you are very tall (seat pitch for other seats is at a comfortable 46').
