My friend just got back from Thailand and she said the Full Moon Party was an incredible experience.

I've been to Nha Trang in Vietnam and find it's a good mix of partying and scenery. Ha Long Bay in the north and Hoi An in the center of Vietnam are beautiful but the cities are more for relaxing.
