I first called Marriott Fri at 8pm so that's why I have little info. When I login to the web it says call the internet services dept. The reward desk said it's related to that other hotel but wouldn't know more and I need to speak to accounting on mon. They said a letter was mailed Thurs night. I asked why someone didn't e-mail or call me and they said they aren't that dept. Everything with my account works by phone which is stranger. I stayed at a courtyard on fri night.

I realize this can be easily cleared up. What's scary is that you can lose the value of the points/near lifetime status I have with Marriott over $100. I have a lot of miles scattered in different programs and think I need to start using them sooner than later.
