I flew from Montreal to JFK yesterday. There is a NEXUS lane, but it doesn't say anything about GE.

By the way, there was still a long queue just past ticketing, to enter the departures area. Once past that, there was normal security. Past that was Immigration and Customs, and that's where there was a NEXUS lane (marked "VIP"). The lane led to an iris scanner, which printed a receipt and told me to go the agent in the lane at the end (closest to the machine). The agent was processing a couple, which took a very long time and seemed to involve considerable discussion, paper shuffling, stapling, stamping, foisting of webcam by agent, even more discussion, paper shuffling, stamping, and stapling. More than six people were processed in the lane next to me while I waited, and the couple's processing had been underway when I arrived.

While waiting, two young women used the iris scanner and then walked right past the agents, prompting the one processing the couple to call after them and direct them to wait behind me. One of the women was indignant, telling the other that she'd travelled to and from Europe without having to deal with an agent.

When it was finally my turn, it was quick. The agent asked to see my passport and NEXUS card, took my customs form, and stamped me on my way.
