I have been to Ko Olina (Feb 2009) and did not pay a single cent for self-parking at the new tower. There is a 30 $ fee for valet parking but as long as you self-park you should be able to avoid those fees. However i am owning weeks with MVCI (not in Hawai) so i dont know if free-parking comes as an added benefit but i doubt it.
Owners weeks DO NOT pay parking at Ko Olina. Renters also do not pay parking.
Exchangers and hotel room/ nightly reservation holders pay.
I have been there 3 times. We are going back in Feb if the world doesn't blow up first.
