The "comment section" constitutes a comment, not a contractual obiligation. If you, however, actually book a smoking room and get a confirmation for a smoking room, then they owe you a smoking room.
I just checked my reservations on the website and it actually does state "smoking" under room type. I usually just check the email confirmation and it is only noted under preference there. Any advice on course of action in a case like this? Thanks.
