Please suggest a hotel in Madrid for frequent stays

Hi, I am looking for a hotel in Madrid. I will be staying at least 20 nights per year, hence I am trying to find something that fits my needs. In any case I need quick access to the Moncloa station or the westbound motorways, hence something around Moncloa, Argüelles, Plaza España, Callao (direct metro connection) or Principe Pio/Avenida Valladolid would be desirable.

I am usually bound to the cheap room categories. 100 EUR/night is roughly my upper boundary, although I try to keep it lower than that and spend the remaining money on a rental car (I am working outside of Madrid in the countryside and tried both, car and public transport and the car worked out quite well).

I need a non-smoking room. Other than that there are no real requirements but some preferences:
- I very much enjoy to have a freely accessible pool for swimming and/or a jacuzzi in the basement.
- I do like if there is some facilities for a hot beverage or even a microwave/kitchenette.
- I would like to have a frequent guest program that gets me some nice perks like room upgrades, lounge access or the like.
- Free wifi/cable bound internet would be awesome.

I tested so far:
- The Husa Moncloa and the Husa Princessa. I did like staying there, especially in the latter one, however I did book a promotional rate that promised 2000 frequent flyer miles instead of 500, but I did not receive any. Upon sending a mail I got 500, further mails were ignored. In addition the hotel talked me into signing up for Voila ("this stay will already earn you points") - points were never received. Upon sending a request to Voila I was informed that nights booked via the hotels own web page(!) would not be eligible for points. For those two reasons I am very reluctant to go back there: I should be halfway to their lowest elite level, but I am not and somehow feel cheated for something I think I should have gotten.

- The Vienna Suites: I liked the kitchenettes, and the free wired internet. They do neither have a pool nor a frequent guest program as far as I know and somehow I perceived the stay there as not very personal/friendly/nice, albeit I'm doing hard to quote a reason for that. Would stay there again if i stumble into a good rate.

I looked at the Melia Moncloa and read reviews and was not impressed. I looked at the Mercure Santo Domingo and like that they have a terrace with a pool - however dislike the AClub program as it does not help anything for Mercure stays. Any other suggestions from the community would be highly appreciated.
