OP - What exactly do you mean by "frozen"? When you try to log in to marriott.com, which of the following occur:
1.) Your password is rejected
2.) You get a message that says "this account is frozen". If so, what exactly is the message.
3.) No data populates the various fields when you try to log in.
4.) You can't access marriott.com at all.
5.) Other
Furthermore, you indicate that the PP agents said "only accounting" can unlock your account. What was the context of this statement? Did they say "I can see your marriott.com is locked. Only [blah blah] can fix that for you."?
