Just go through the Various threads on this Forum on virtually every airlines' inability to handle IIRPOS away from their home/hub bases and sometimes they cant handle things well when they have Hundreds of Staff.

Then print them out for your wife, and let her decide which one she feels would do the Best Job when things go wrong.

In the last two days I have read QF Problems in Chile, AA Problems in Chicago from new posters, and I don't read many threads.

Now my main complaint, why does anybodies Initial Post on this Forum have to start with a moan about something nobody reading can do anything about, or give a suggestion that any experienced traveler should already know. I appreciate that OP asked about ideas for compensation and Free Tickets.
