My search missed the main thread that has already covered this kind of thing, but I got the platinum DL SM AMEX in early April. I quickly passed the spending threshold.

The initial 5K MQMs and 20K SM came through quickly (i.e. for 1st spend). The problem is with the threshold promo of an additional 5K MQM and 5K SM (i.e. $1K spend). I waited the proscribed number of weeks and during my last call two weeks ago they opened an "investigation" but still no resolution.

So what is the best way to move forward? I have the original promo sent to me by DL with one of those medallion kits and notes from all my calls.
