35 percent is VERY low. All the reports I have read and posted here over the past year averaged 85-95 percent requiring a secondary check, not 35 percent. (I don't know if that is due to the 'new' software which was being tested in HAM as well as at two Italian airports)

Posture is an interesting 'reason' - sweat stains were also a common reason in the German test.

They also said the US manufacturer L3 Communications should make them work faster
