...and just a P.S., I received a Preferred Plus card when I lost my Gold status earlier in the year. I have yet to receive an automatic Gold replacement when I got it back a couple weeks ago. I'll be Platinum in another week, so I'll wait another 4-6 weeks after then to see if I get a new card. Through the link above, you can at least download an e-Card to your phone (if you even need proof). Also, through spg.com, it is very easy to see your status.
