Are you aware of the benefits of SPG Gold?

If so, you should know that "one hour free internet for one device for Gold members" is not a published SPG benefit. Therefore, the hotel was actually delivering a benefit to you that was over and above what was required by the SPG program. Yet you still feel you should have received more?
