Why not? My recollection is that you can use any vehicle for NEXUS; you have to have vehicles registered and inspected for SENTRI, but not NEXUS. That is my recollection.

No-- with the GE card, you can use the NEXUS lanes (into the United States only, not into Canada) and you can also use the SENTRI lanes (in an approved vehicle or on foot). You can't do that with just a Passport Card.
