Guess what, I tried to ticket this today (clearly before August 1!) and the taxes and fees are now $432! I asked BA why they are charging fees scheduled to come into effect on Aug 1 and they had no explanation. Good thing 2 seats opened up on CX for less than half the fees and taxes on JL.
