Hmm, we just had a thread the other day about the web site trying to push really tight (31-40 min IIRC) connections in CLT. Could this be below a minimum connect time in Sacramento? I of course wouldn't put it below a web site bug either, but I've booked no end of sub-one hour connections on it, but most if not all were in US hubs.
