Thank you for your suggestion to Delta Air Lines. We value customer input; however, we are not currently accepting suggestions for policy change at this time. Our policies are created as fairly as possible, and accepting customer input on this topic may create bias towards one type of customer.
Additionally, our cabin crews have expressed concern about how you act in our First Class and BusinessElite cabins. Multiple cabin crews have reported seeing you get incomprehensibly drunk on our alcoholic beverages. As a result, we regrettably will be removing any upgrade privileges you may have, downgrading you to a standard SkyMiles member, and have put a ban on you booking any flight where complimentary alcohol is served until further notice. We trust you understand our position on this matter.
