No equipment change on your flight, so the possible reasons for such a change might be that PAX have been rebooked on your flight so the entire cabin has been reshuffled/reajusted.

Keep in mind that the seat selectin during a reservation is only a request. The seat assignment happens only during the checkin, whether it is performed online or at the desk.
