This time reserved (including LDW) on 8/1 out of Sanford Airport - so far total bill is $138 for one day. Any way to bring it down with "some codes" mentioned below@:-)

I lowest I see right now from is from National South Miami Beach location (Mias01) to Manhattan location (NYCC05) is $136.77 using contract ID 5007125 from 6/29-7/1. It is $68.38 for one day and this is for a midsize car. The smaller cars are a tad bit cheaper. They also I have some codes that will make it much cheaper than that, but they are a risk because most include LDW and they might ask for ID since this is not an airport location.
