I have been on the waitlist for 2 upgrades into FC MSP - ANC for months, have an expertflyer notification pending, and nada. The flight is today

There is a later flight that is F9, V0, G0 and I don't want to switch unless I can get into FC. Does Delta ever open up the G inventory day of? Or would the DML know how many medallions are on the flight? I'm a DM, but my DS is only a FO.
