You are probably referring to the store that used to be in T2 - near the lobby of the Hilton.

Everything in the store was aviation. They had an entire wall of the planes you are describing. In addition, they sold posters (they had original UA Hawaii posters), books, a few aviator jackets, items such as pamphlets, timetables, old adds and much more. Everything was very collectable and they stayed away from 'gifts' such as mugs, pens, magnets and keychains and t-shirts.

The store was very good and very unique. Unfortunately, it went out of business about 4 years ago.
