Atlanta is just as big but the train system is better so your maximum jog is 20 gates long (1/2 of one concourse).
MSP is not horrendous. All one has too do is look at a map and find the fastest way from Point A to Point B. AT MSP this will generally fall into 3 categories. One, simply walking from gate to gate ie.. G gates to F gates. Second, take the skywalk connector over to the C concourse and A/B regional. Or if you are near the Northstar Crossing, hope the train that takes you down to the A/B platform. This is one of the simplest, nicest airports to travel through. ATL is a dive.
