I just flew between sea and pek in business class (my second rt on this route on HU) and to call this five star is an insult to actual 5* airlines.

The lounge in PEK is like the old Louis VIP lounge at Don Meuang... shabby. The food on board is atrocious and the menus printed with typos and poor English -- amateur hour. They canceled my SHA-PEK flight -- at the last minute -- and forced me to jump through some serious hoops to get help so I could still make PEK-SEA that day. NO WAY is this a 5* operation.

Not to say that HU isn't great for what it is, and I might accept 4*... but 5*? No way.
