Had employees on earlier flights correctly limited you from bringing on an oversize bag, this probably wouldn't have occurred. But they didn't so the one who finally did irritated you.

At least that's how I read it.


I don't read it that way at all. He had fit the bag on that same aircraft many times, and he put his other bag down when she asked him.
