So of course he gets so close to her bumper she can see him waving a badge, and thinks that will get her to speed up. She makes a phone call, and apparently there's enough time for the police to get there and he's still on her tail.


South Windsor is my town and I know the area where this happened. In order to put into context about how he was still on her tail when the police got there, it helps to know that the police station is only a little over a mile away from where he was caught.
