star would be alright in economy..is H..but the 10 rule will stuff you..ive been endlessly communicating with UA about this and my latest reply is thus:
Please contact our International reservations to verify that your ticket
in booked in the qualifying classes of service to receive the bonus
miles for this promotion. The telephone number is 1-800-538-2929. The
qualifying classes are:

United Classes F, P, Y, C, B, M, or H
Star Alliance everything except A or D class

At least two segments must be Intercontinental.
