Although all aircraft delivered straight from Boeing have the stripe, there are plenty of other planes which have the stripes especialy the B737's.

EKI, EKO, EKP, EKT, EKL, EKS, EAE, EAF, EAP, EAR.

In total 15 out of 40 aircraft were not purchsed direct from Boeing.

I also don't understand the policy of naming only 22 of the aircraft, there are plenty of cities left in Israel which would be honoured to have a plane named after them (not only Daliat El Carmel).
