Demand from the OA or GA that the station manager report the gate immediately to explain the issue.

Still, the whole scenario doesn't make sense unless the GA were having some sort of mental breakdown. All they had to do was the fire fighting group with the B and C boarding passes to get back in line and wait their turn and then continue the A boarding.
