I feel that DL tries a little harder to earn my business. It's little things to make travel a bit more seamless, such as protecting me during irrops. I feel a lot more relaxed when I fly DL. I've only missed one UG this year on DL. While I think their domestic FC hard product isn't that great, they at least have glenlivet. And that's the thing, I feel like they aren't trying to nickel and dime me. I feel like they're just trying... And this is coming from a CO fan.
