I applied for a BMI Amex recently and a few days afterwards I got a 'Welcome to Diamonond Club' mailing complete with a new membership number. I'm guessing MBNA have opened a new account for me rather than use my membership number I gave to them. Would I be best to try and sort out this issue with MBNA or ICC?
