Yes, I believe the WT+ loo is just forward of Door 2 on the LH side of the aircraft. The CW loos are on both sides of the aircraft just aft of D2, IIRC. It does mean that you have to duck through the CW galley to get to the WT+ loo from 16J. Or just use the CW one on the same side
