Actually, I think you're less likely to see a trolley on the 52J than you are on the Hi-J. The WT+ cabin on the Mid-J is served from the CW galley, and depending on the load you may, for food service, even just be served with a tray walked from the galley, rather than from the trolley. I don't know what the service standard is for WT+ on the Mid-J, because I think it's served by one crew member, assisted by the CW crew. I think your choice of main will largely depend on timing of service in WT+ compared to WT, and whether the CC are prepared to walk through to WT to get your choice if they have run out.
