Can anyone tell me how easy/hard it is to get from the Silverkris lounge to the RCC at NRT?

I'm flying SQ Y NRT-SIN in June and would like to go to the RCC and try their beer machine Do you have to clear customs to get over to the RCC, or is it just a long walk?
