Whenever I make a reservation on hilton.bomb, it will not let me complete a reservation without removing my BMI number first (it says the number is invalid)

I've filed numerous support cases regarding this issue with Hilton but they appear to fall on deaf ears. A fix was not included in the most recent site redesign.
I just don't understand why it's so hard for them to fix the damned website. Other chains seem to manage.
