ok - very sorry to be so vague


I'm trying to help my mom with this problem


she has downloaded a book/magazine from a website - it arrives as a download on her iMac - which she has no problem opening


It is a .dmg file


However - when she tries to open this on her iPad - is does not work


I am looking for the easiest way to help her view this on her iPad - it would be easier for me if she wasn't 2000 miles away -


If any of you have ever tried to help your parents with computer issues - on the phone - you may know it is not always fun
