2nd time in two months, 2185 MSP-SJC was cereal only. First time was "catering error", today not an error as FA tells me "this flight is always cereal only". Well, not really, two months ago there was a hot option. OK, not that the omelet is all that SH (although last week's SFO-DTW was a step up), but come on DL. For an airline that does a lot of things right, it's horse's a** excuse for catering is shameful. On the other hand, I am inclined to cut DL some slack this morning since they held the flight for me and a few other pax coming off of late arriving (at 9:10am) 945 from DTW. Of course, it was DL's fault that we left DTW late... but I digress.
The latest culinary delight from the celebrity chefs of DL...
Not from anywhere remotely close to the Whole Foods organic fruit department.
Croissant or bagel? Nope, not today. Just a freshly oven baked blueberry muffin.
Well, at one time presumably it was indeed freshly baked.
Wow, how can one resist a cookie for breakfast?
