It was a conference rate via passkey, which is nearly 100% jacked up in our experience even though you enter your MR number when making the reservation and he always confirms it on checkin and checkout.

In the first drop down box for topic, you can select Folio/Bill request as an option. As long as you are logged in to your account when you visit that link, your MR #, name, address, etc are auto-filled. Takes a few hours to get a response to the email sometimes, but I have been told that their system does an email sweep every 30 mins for outgoing, so once they have processed it you receive it quickly.
