Talk about no compromising... I get the fact the pilot is irked he didn't get his full meal and it can be annoying, but not allowing anything to be done to work around it (i.e. getting an alternate meal or one from the terminal) is just over the top. The pilot was willing to allow the passengers under his care to arrive late over not getting his desired meal.
