Thai uses its jumbos for domestic routes daily. High frequency routes have such high traffic at certain periods that seats are sold out for days at a time routinely.

It's widely accepted that Thai will use the 380 on domestic routes. I believe that is why when the A380 did its first tour, Singapore-Bangkok-Chiang Mai was part of its route.
