I hate it when websites do this :

"To change your Companion Pass designation, visit southwest.com or call 1-800-435-9792 and provide the Southwest Customer Representative your Companion's information. Once your companion is designated, you'll receive your new Companion Pass card in the mail within ten business days. "

And of course, I am already ON southwest.com and it doesn't say where to go to change it online. Anyone know?
