It will if she is your nominee. Other then that, sign up
here (its free) and search for your flight, in buisness cabin. You will see 4 colums, first, buisness, economy other. Buisness would be the R (or upgradable seats) and other the rest of biz class. If R is 1 or higher, then yes she can be confirmed.
