Which Credit Bureau does AMEX check? Also, the lst post with link does not show expiration date. Is it August 22, 2011? What is number to apply by phone?

Only had one AMEX card in the 1990s which I cancelled a long time ago. You think I may have a shot at it if I apply in late August?

I already had 6 credit pulls in last 3 months. All 6 applications approved.
